We are Manon & Bouke, better known as Wine & Food – as far as we are concerned, the perfect combination!
We found each other 15 years ago in the hospitality industry, worked together for years, ran a restaurant together in Arnhem and then both took a different turn for a while. Manon as an event manager at Wijnhuis Robbers and van den Hoogen and Bouke as an independent chef in kitchens at people’s homes and at various restaurants.

Now we are together again and share our passion within Brasserie Otterlo or BO. We are ready to welcome you!

Our children’s dishes are created by our own little chefs.
Not only did they help put together the tastiest children’s dishes, but they also helped pick their favorite games, which you can find in the game closet.
